Elevated staging without the elevated price. We are known for our fair pricing and superior product. Our inventory is purchased new from quality furniture vendors. We take all major credit cards and ACH Payments.
How much will it cost? Our baseline for staging most average-sized vacant or owner-occupied homes up to 3,000 square feet including one living area, one dining area, kitchen counters, master bedroom and baths is around $3,900 for two months plus $250 for delivery and $250 for retrieval. The baseline for average homes up to 3,000 square feet with a living area, dining area, family room, breakfast area, master bedroom and baths is around $4,900 for two months plus delivery fees. Office staging, outdoor living, or al fresco dining areas are optional as needed and average around $900 each. We also offer discounts, complimentary areas, or free delivery and pick-up to our regular clients.

If necessary, for example during a pandemic, consultations can be performed via Zoom or Facetime. To help you facilitate a quicker and more profitable sale, we will make cost-effective pre-staging recommendations and provide contact info for our favorite vendors and contractors.
We carry $1 million in liability coverage, plus our team is fully covered by workman's comp.
We accept ACH Payments, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and DiscoverCard. Credit card processing fees, if applicable, will be added to total fees.
